How we collect, use, and protect information when you visit kwblaw.com.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Katzman, Wasserman, Bennardini & Rubinstein, P.A. (the “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kwblaw.com (the “Site”). It applies to information gathered through the Site only. It does not govern information you provide to us directly by phone, email, or in person in connection with legal representation, which is handled under the terms of your engagement and applicable rules of professional responsibility.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information through the Site:

1. Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, you choose to provide your name, email address, telephone number, the office you wish to reach, and any details you include in your message. You control what you share. Please do not send confidential, time-sensitive, or highly sensitive information through the Site (see No Attorney–Client Relationship below).

2. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical and usage information when you browse the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics provider.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to inquiries and consultation requests you submit through the contact form;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content;
  • understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can make it more useful;
  • measure the performance of the Site, including which pages and contact methods visitors use; and
  • protect the Site against fraud, spam, and abuse, and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through the contact form to send unsolicited marketing.

Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and certain actions you take — for example, clicking a phone number or email link, or submitting the contact form. This information is aggregated and used to improve the Site.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on. To learn how Google collects and processes data, see Google’s Privacy Policy. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Site. Each processes only the data needed for its function and under its own privacy terms:

  • Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. The information you enter in the form passes through this service so we can receive your message.
  • Google Analytics — provides website usage analytics, as described above.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the Site, which may involve your browser requesting font files from Google.

We may also share information when required to comply with the law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Firm, our clients, or others.

Data Retention & Security

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our ordinary business and recordkeeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s retention settings.

We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through the Site, including serving the Site over a secure (HTTPS) connection. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices & Rights

You have choices about the information you share with us:

  • Providing information. You can choose not to use the contact form — you may instead call any of our offices directly.
  • Cookies and analytics. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the tools described above.
  • Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Please note that we may need to retain certain information to comply with our legal and professional obligations.

No Attorney–Client Relationship

Submitting the contact form or otherwise communicating with us through the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only after we have checked for conflicts of interest and both parties have signed a written engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send us confidential or sensitive information, as it may not be treated as privileged.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
