Jason concentrates his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, including contract disputes, professional malpractice, employment disputes, and adversarial probate litigation.

 

Jason received his B.A. in English from Florida State University and his juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, he served as a teaching assistant in the areas of trial practice, appellate advocacy, and legal writing.
Jason became a Partner at Katzman, Wasserman, Bernardini & Rubinstein, P.A. in 2023 after first joining the Firm as an Associate in 2020. He takes great pride in having joined the practice started by his father, Steven M. Katzman, over twenty years ago and continuing the tradition of excellence the Firm has maintained. Prior to joining the Firm, he began his career as an Associate at Hackleman, Olive & Judd, P.A. in 2017, where he accumulated extensive experience working on high-stakes complex litigation.

His experience includes pursuing and resolving claims that have sought damages as high as two-hundred and fifty million dollars, as well as achieving a verdict of more than two million dollars through trial. He has represented and opposed sophisticated business owners, national and international corporations, professional practices, and estate beneficiaries in a variety of disputes and prides himself on assisting each of his clients to achieve the best results possible no matter the size or nature of the case.
