Steven M. Katzman-Founding Partner
Mr. Katzman’s practice focuses on complex commercial, business, corporate and partnership litigation. It also includes substantial work in the areas of employment law, professional malpractice, probate litigation and family law.
The other lawyers in the Firm have each practiced law with Steve for many years, as have many members of the Firm’s staff. This level of loyalty and personal commitment is the foundation upon which Steve practices law and defines his dedication to each client and their case.
Charles J. Bennardini-Partner
Charlie concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, professional malpractice and legal ethics, and adversarial probate litigation.
As a Coast Guard lawyer, Charlie specialized in courts-martial and criminal appellate litigation. Since retiring from the military in 1997, he has represented sophisticated business owners, shareholders, and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of litigation involving challenging liability and damages theories.
Craig A. Rubinstein-Partner
Mr. Rubinstein’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including legal and accounting malpractice, securities litigation, real estate litigation, corporate litigation, partnership litigation, and probate litigation.
Mr. Rubinstein has successfully tried many cases before juries, both Federal and state. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; a national trade group comprised of attorneys who have achieved verdicts or settlements of at least $1 million. Less than 1% of the nation’s attorneys are members of the Forum.
